AVCLabs offers products that are subscription-based and automatically renew. If you wish to discontinue the subscription, you have the option to cancel the automatic renewal. For further information on subscription details and instructions to cancel the auto-renewal service, please continue reading.

1. What is the Refund Policy?

AVCLabs provides a money-back guarantee on all products, including one-month, one-year, and perpetual subscription plans. The guarantee period is 5 days for the subscription plans and 30 days for the perpetual plan. Your guarantee starts immediately after the payment is made. 2. How to Cancel the Auto-Renewal?

The Auto-Renewal service on AVCLabs is enabled by default. To cancel the auto-renewal, you will need to cancel it before the renewal date. There are two ways to cancel the auto-renewal:

Method One: Upon completing your order, you will receive an email containing a license, which includes a link to cancel automatic renewal. The link is located at the bottom of the email and is labeled "View Your Subscription". You can click it to disable the renewal subscription.

Method Two: Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance with canceling the service in a timely manner.

Once the subscription is successfully canceled, there will be no additional charges.

3. Why Is My License Code still Invalid After Renewal?

After the renewal, you will receive a new license. Please launch the program, go to "Register > Change Account" and activate it again via the new code. If you didn't get the new license, feel free to contact us by emailing [email protected] and we will help you out as soon as possible.

4. Can I Keep Using Your Program Once Canceled the Auto-Renewal?

You will continue to have access to the full version of the program until the end of your billing period. To check the expiration date, please navigate to the Registration window within the program.

When the subscription expires, the program will revert to the free trial version. The repurchase will be required if you want to keep using the full version.

5. The Actual Price is Different from the Price Displayed in Website, Why?

All programs are priced in US dollars. You may need to pay VAT or other taxes varies on the country.

The subscription will automatically renew at the current real-time price, which may differ from the initial purchase price. Please note that occasional promotions may be offered. If you purchase the program at a discounted price, please be aware that the discounted rate is only applicable to the initial purchase. Subsequent renewals will be charged at the original price as displayed on our website.

6. How Can I Change or Upgrade the Subscription Plan?

At present, it is only possible to directly switch from the monthly plan to the annual plan within the same software. If you wish to upgrade your subscription to the annual plan, kindly reach out to us at [email protected]. We will gladly assist you with the necessary changes promptly.

The remaining unused days of your current subscription will be calculated and converted into a remaining balance. This balance will then be deducted from the cost of the new subscription, and if applicable, you will be charged for any remaining balance. Once the change of subscription is confirmed, you will be charged the difference and receive a new license to activate the program on that day.

Note: This does not work on upgrading to the perpetual plan from a monthly or annual plan. If you'd like to get perpetual access to our programs after a period of use, you need to buy the perpetual plan additionally.
